Pink / Scorpio Super Moon Tips #1

I have had so many of you reach out to me asking to post tips for monday’s #supermoon (pink moon) early, so that you can prep for the weekend - I got you! below are some tools you can gather if you’d like + a few thoughts📝
the full moon is in scorpio: full of intense energy and potency, making it excellent for a deep + thorough purge/cleanse of your life in all aspects. we will see + realize things that we haven’t before..time to remove the veil from your eyes + tap into your power🌝
you can burn white, red, orange, or green candles. wash your floors, surfaces, + self with basil, thyme, + salt bath. smoke cleanse or diffuse with cedar, pine, honeysuckle, vanilla, or patchouli🕯
meditate with moonstone, red jasper, tourmaline, labradorite, malachite, or turquoise. bring in fresh flowers like white roses, violets, daisies, lily, or gardenias💐
incorporate fennel, dill, or cumin into your food. snack on water-filled foods like spinach, cucumbers, blackberries, + apples🍎
there’s a push for us to heal + evolve.. focus on your root, sacral, heart, + throat chakras - look up meditations for these areas❣️
if you’re seeking stability + security, look no further than yourself. relationships may be under strain + some may fall apart at this time - let them. we are allowing things that no longer serve us to be removed from our lives, releasing the weight so we can come from the ashes into our next form - phoenix style🔥
you have eternal security from within yourself..why do you ignore that + instead reach for others who don’t/won’t meet you at your level? we have to heal + evolve. the best type of relationships are those where the partners + friends evolve separately as well as together🌟
the need for privacy grows so much stronger right now as you feel your vulnerabilities coming to light..cleanse your space + protect yourself. don’t be afraid to examine your shadows - scorpio + the impending Pluto retrograde actively push us to do our shadow work - enough complaints, just do the work🧿
