How to Utilize:

Begin by calling upon your spirit guides, ancestors, God(s) to aid in assisting to provide courage, protection, and strength to completely remove these negative bonds from your life (current and past).

Repeat the affirmation and your intentions throughout the entire process: “I ask my spirits and ancestors to provide strength and protection and aid me to banish all lower energy from my life.
